The money you pickpocket from the templars will be saved, and you can pickpocket them again. One particular spawns point that has a high chance of spawning is at the Templar Fort near the south-western area of the Frontier.

They can appear randomly on the map, but there are also a couple specific spawn points that youвЂ™ll figure out over time.
